When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any information found to be false, misleading, or incomplete may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. maju88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify maju88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. If maju88 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or identity document — all associated accounts may be closed and balances voided without prior notice.

maju88 accepts deposits via all Supported Payment Methods listed in Section 2. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you are depositing via cryptocurrency, in which case the equivalent MYR value will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at time of processing.

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction across all payment methods.
• Deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and FPX are typically credited to your Account within minutes.
• Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank) may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are credited upon the required number of network confirmations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.

• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be deducted from any requested withdrawal amount.

maju88 offers various welcome bonuses, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members aged 21 and above only.
• Each Member may claim any given welcome bonus offer once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times (including via duplicate accounts) will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• maju88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus offers have expiry periods clearly stated in their individual promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from your account automatically.
• maju88 reserves the right to withhold bonus-related winnings if it reasonably believes that a Member has attempted to exploit, abuse, or circumvent promotional terms through systematic wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a Member must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific offer) before the funds become withdrawable. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means the Member must place a total of RM3,500 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Individual promotion pages will state the applicable requirement clearly.

All wagers placed on maju88 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Wagers are accepted and settled in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR for wagering purposes.
• Once a wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or amended by the Member.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or live sporting event, maju88 will follow the applicable game provider's or sportsbook's stated policy for settling affected wagers. Where a clear resolution cannot be established, wagers may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and promotional eligibility. Limits are displayed within each game or betting market.
• maju88 reserves the right to void any wager that is placed based on an obvious pricing error, data feed failure, or other clearly erroneous condition.
• For sports betting, maju88 follows standard industry practices for abandoned matches, postponed events, and incomplete fixtures. In general, matches postponed for more than 12 hours from the original kick-off time will be treated as void for single-event bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maju88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors knowingly and without reporting them to maju88;
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing maju88 staff or other members;

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal conduct;
• At the Member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal of verified Real Money Balance (net of Bonus Funds and any amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be processed within a reasonable period. If an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, maju88 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.
